Simple pricing for any parish.

Charter parishes are the first 50 to subscribe to Ministry Scheduling. They lock in a founder rate of $60 per parish per month (or $600 per year) on Scheduling for as long as they stay subscribed — even after the list price applies to parishes that join later. The charter window closes when we hit the cap; we may adjust that number as we learn, but we'll honor the founder rate on Scheduling for every parish that has already signed up.

After you publish your first schedule and a new month begins. Setup, invitations, importing volunteers, and your first published schedule are all free. We do this so a parish can fully see whether Paroecia fits before paying anything. Charter pricing is the Scheduling rate that applies once paying begins, if you sign up during the charter window.

The list price for Ministry Scheduling — $100 per parish per month, or $1,000 per year — is what every parish that joins after the charter window pays for Scheduling. Charter parishes pay $60 per month (or $600 per year) for Scheduling for as long as they stay subscribed. The plan is identical; the only difference is the rate.

The $60 figure is specific to Ministry Scheduling. Future modules — the ones we'll build based on what parishes vote for at /whats-next — will have their own pricing announced when each module launches. Charter parishes get first option to add new modules at a preferred charter rate; we'll never charge a charter parish more than a parish that joined later for the same module. Charter parishes always get the best deal we offer.

We may adjust list pricing as Paroecia grows. If we do, every parish already subscribed gets at least 30 days' notice before the new price takes effect, so there's time to weigh it or to cancel. Charter parishes keep their founder rate on Ministry Scheduling for as long as they stay subscribed; price changes apply to new subscribers and to modules a charter parish hasn't yet added.

Each canonical parish counts as one. If your parish has multiple worship sites under a single pastor and a single business office, that's one Paroecia parish. If two distinct parishes share staff, that's two — write to us through /contact and we'll handle the case-by-case details.

Yes. Mission parishes and parishes with fewer than 100 registered families can request a reduced rate by writing to us through /contact. We'd rather have a small parish using Paroecia than not.

Our pricing is already set with parishes in mind, so we don't run a separate non-profit discount on top of it. If the price is a barrier for your parish, write to us through /contact and we'll work it out.

Your parish data remains accessible for 60 days after cancellation so you can export volunteer lists, schedules, and history. After 60 days the data is permanently deleted. If you need an immediate purge, write to us through /contact and we'll do it the same day.
